Our goal is to create better transparency around rates, and highlight any systemic inequalities.
Every time you invoice, hop over here, drop the details in the form, and you’re done.
You are welcome to add historical data (but please nothing older than 12 months, as we need to keep it close to live pricing data).
If this is your first submission, you'll be asked to validate your email.
Your data will be anonymised, and shared for others to view.
When you enter your email address:
It is used solely to validate your submission.
Once validated, your email address is permanently deleted.
We do not retain the original email address.
We do not add you to any mailing lists.
We do not sell, share, or publish your email address.
After validation, a hashed (irreversible) version of your email may be stored in a separate system for record integrity purposes. This hashed value cannot be used to identify you or contact you.
We do not keep backups containing your email address.
We process your email address under legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for the sole purpose of validating submissions and maintaining system integrity.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access, rectification, restriction, or erasure of personal data where applicable. As we do not retain your email address after validation, we may not be able to identify you from the hashed record.
